Description
Salty pretzels, chewy caramel bits and a blend of cinnamon sugar cereals all covered in a caramel sauce and a cinnamons sugar finish make this Churro Snack Mix impossible to put down.

- 2 cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
- 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 2 cups Cinnamon Oat Crunch Cheerios
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Cinnamon Sugar Finish:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Cinnamon Chex, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cinnamon Cheerios, and pretzel sticks.
- In a small saucepan (or microwave-safe bowl), melt the butter with the brown sugar and salt, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened (about 60-90 seconds if microwaving).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel-butter mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mix in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 3–5 minutes, until warm but not hot.
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the mixture with the caramel bits and the cinnamon sugar mixture. Toss gently until everything is coated in that churro-style sparkle.
- Let it cool on the pan until crisp and caramelized. Once fully cool, break apart and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
