Description

Whimsical, wintry, and wow-worthy! These mini charcuterie snow globes make stunning starters or charming edible décor for your holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese (as the base)
  • 1 white cheddar cheese triangle shape
  • 1 Snowman-Shaped Ritz Holiday Cracker
  • 1 Tree-Shaped Ritz Holiday Cracker
  • 1 Gingerman Mini
  • 2 red raspberries
  • 2 slices salmi, rolled together
  • 1 mini white cheddar cheese snowflake shape
  • 1 mini white cheddar cheese tree shape
  • 2 pimento stuffed green olives
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds, scattered around everything
  • 3 small fresh rosemary sprigs (propped up to look like trees)
  • Grated parmesan cheese, for snow-like dusting

Supplies:

Instructions

  1. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly across the mini cake stand. This is your snowy “ground” for building the globe scene.
  2. Place the white cheddar triangle at the back edge of the cream cheese base and then the snowman and tree-shaped crackers in front of it. Position the Gingerman cookie in front of the crackers.
  3. Nestle the raspberries on opposite sides.
  4. Place the rolled salami toward the front along with the mini snowflake and tree cheese shapes.
  5. Position the two olives near the front. Scatter pomegranate seeds across the base like ornaments or berries in the snow.
  6. Stick the rosemary sprigs vertically into the whipped cream cheese so they resemble mini evergreen trees.
  7. Let it snow! Finish by dusting the entire scene lightly with grated parmesan cheese to mimic freshly fallen snow.
  8. Carefully place the dome lid over the scene. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to display. These are best served within a few hours.
