Champagne Vinaigrette

Description

This Champagne Vinaigrette is my go-to salad dressing for turning even the most basic greens into a flavorful, memorable salad.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the champagne vinegar, honey and Dijon mustard until combined.
  2. Continue to whisk while adding the olive oil and whisk briskly until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
