  1. I bought pitted dates in a bag they are smaller then the ones you show? and are a bit hard can i still use them? i really want to make the peanut butter filled dates covered in chocolate
    thank you

    1. Hi Jan! Yes, you can definitely still use them, but they might be a bit harder to chew as you’re enjoying them. If you need to soften them a bit in order to fill them, I would recommend placing them the microwave for about 10 seconds before filling them. The chocolate coating will also help soften them some as well as that will trap in the moisture making them softer and easier to chew. I hope this helps. Enjoy!

  2. Hi there,
I found your blog after seeing a photo of these on Instagram and just wanna say they are deeeelicious! Honestly. The dates taste like a less sweet caramel, and you really wouldn’t know they are on the healthier side! ????
Oh and I was glad to read in your post that there are a lot of misconceptions about farming and how products do (or don’t) make it to the table! My fiancé grew up on a farm in Ireland and I too have been learning! ????
