    My son is just starting to eat table food. What are some good healthy recipes that you have found your boys loved when they were under one years old?

      Hi Lauren! We did baby-led feeding with all our boys, so everything we’ve given them they could eat with their hands. My baby food muffins (on the blog!) were always a huge hit and great way to sneak in fruits and veggies. Pancakes (breakfast, lunch or dinner!), chicken stir-fry (on the blog), baked chicken nuggets (on the blog), baked sweet potato wedges, meatloaf, steamed veggies, scrambled eggs, whole wheat pasta, pizza, black beans & brown rice, avocados, quesadillas, cornbread & pinto beans, edamame, & hummus with steamed baby carrots.
